First Appointment
This is a picture of Daddy and Sebastian at his first Pediatrician appointment. Sebastian is only 4 days old. At this appointment, he weighed in at 6 lbs, 15 oz; under his birth weight. We are told that this is totally normal and he will be up to his birth weight by his next appointment.
Second Appointment:
GUESS WHAT?
Dr. Douglass was right! On Sebastian's 2nd appointment on 11/30 (16 days old), he was the heavyweight champion - 7lbs, 15 oz. He measured 21 inches. Okay, so you may be wondering, how did he shrink? Did anyone notice his conehead when he was first born? Maybe not, it went down pretty fast. But apparently, part of his height was due to a conehead and it was hard to measure him this week at the doctor's office, he was squirming quite a bit. All in all, he is doing great! His jaundice is gone too... guess our tanning sessions were just what the doctor ordered!
